Farhana Sultana

Lecturer

 Farhana Sultana is working as  Lecturer at the Department of Pharmacy, Atish Dipankar University of Science and Technology (ADUST) since 2017. During this period she successfully performed several activities for instance, Head of Academic Exam committee, Head of Academic make-up committee, Head of Credit Transfer & Evaluation committee, member of Research and Development committee and many more.

Biography

She obtained her B. Pharm and M. Pharm in Clinical pharmacy and Pharmacology from Noakhali Science and Technology University. Immediately after the completion of her study, she was working as a Research Assistant under the supervision of various renowned professors in Bangladesh. She attained two national research grant, namely “National Science and Technology (NST)” and “Research and Development (R &D)” from Ministry of Science and Technology, Bangladesh. She enriched her research career by publishing 15 research articles in several peer-reviewed renowned journals as well as a book publication. She is also working as an editorial board member in various well-known scientific journals and Research Associate at Pratyasha Health Biomedical Research Center (PHBRC), Bangladesh. Her research area is primarily focused on Clinical Pharmacology, Toxicology, Public health and Epidemiology. She is very passionate about research work and keen to understand various unknown things through this. Though like any other occupations, teaching is also a challenging profession, but she enjoys it and try to solve any challenges with great care, dedication and hard work.
